Alt + P -- Activate an additional file preview pane to the right side of the window
Windows + + (plus key) -- Zoom In
Windows + - (minus key) -- Zoom Out
Windows + Up -- Maximize all
Windows + Down -- Minimize all
Windows + E -- Opens up a New Explorer Windows for your Libraries
Windows + P -- Configure a Second display more easily
Windows + Shift + Left -- Move Application to another screen (for us with multiple Screens)
Windows + Shift + Right -- Move Application to Main Screen (for us with multiple Screens)
Windows + T -- Cycles through open applications
Windows + Space -- Makes all you Applications Transparent, so you can see your desktop
Ctrl + Shift + Click -- Launch Programs with Full Admin rights
If I find more shortcuts for Windows 7 I will post them. This however will keep your busy for the time being.

How to Remove Windows 7 Beta the EASY WAY
So you want to remove Windows 7 beta of your system but don't want to remove Vista. One way to do this is to use EasyBCD:
With EasyBCD you can change the bootloader and Remove Windows 7 with a button. The nice thing about this is that you can also run in Vista/XP : "diskmgmt.msc". This allows you to edit the partitions in Vista/XP and get rid of Windows 7 Beta. Then you could create a new partion:
After I blew away Windows 7 beta, I decided I would Install Kubuntu and it comes with a great way to do install it called Wubi:
